The Musée des Beaux-Arts de Paris, also known as the Petit Palais, has one of the largest collections of Byzantine icons in France, donated by the industrialist and collector Roger Cabal (1927-1997). FAOS undertook the lighting of the room that houses the Byzantine icons dating back to the fall of the Byzantine Empire. We redesigned the lighting conditions of the space to create an atmosphere of engagement and highlight the room's differences from the rest of the museum. Spot rails of small diameter Φ25 mm and linear led modules were installed, all with a high CRI index to highlight the exhibits.
